Michelle has spent the last 16 years working in Club Management, thrilled to be a part of the WHYC. Having spent the last twenty years on Nantucket raising her two children, she is happy to be a part of the WHYC team.

Sergio began cooking in New York City 1988, working his way up from dishwasher. He loves to experience all types of food and cultures. Over the years, he has learned a lot from his mother about Mexican food, as he has honed his cooking skills. The most important thing to Sergio is his family and he loves to travel.

After raising four children and working in the medical industry for many years, Debra decided she was ready for a change. Outside of work, she teaches yoga classes locally and is also Reiki II Certified. A lover of beaches and sunsets she can be found anywhere outdoors exploring, hiking, kayaking and biking. Debra loves spending time with family and friends and her new puppy, Oliver.

Natalie spent her summers sailing at the WHYC, in the Junior Sailing Program. Given her connection to this community, she continued as Head Instructor and Director of Junior Sailing, for the past fifteen years while attending The Williams School and Columbia University. Her goal as Director of Junior Sailing is to inspire a lifelong passion for sailing in a fun and safe environment, with dedicated, inspiring instructors, and exciting educational opportunities to broaden classroom experiences.
