Located in the beautiful seasonal community of Watch Hill Rhode Island, the Watch Hill Yacht Club was founded in 1913 and is a traditional Club with sailing, entertainment, and fine dining.  We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the season.  Benefits include uniforms, parking, employee meals, and discretionary year-end bonus

Launch Operator

Dates of Employment: May - October (short season is also available)
Job Description: Our Launch Office team is looking for a team member for the 2025 season.  Must have a Launch Operator License or a Six-Pack license, have strong people skills,  and be an excellent teammate.  We love our staff to have a great attitude and attention to detail. A can-do mindset is always on the menu.
