We had a light but beautiful day in the bay with steady 6-knot breezes and sunny skies. The race committee set three races: the first two on course 1313X, followed by a third race on 1XYC. The fleet finished up at the club around 1:15pm.

Only four boats came out, as a couple of the regular die-hards had other plans, and our fearless PRO Dennis Moore was away this weekend. Stepping up to lead the race committee was George Nicholas, supported by a strong crew of volunteers: James Nicholas, Scott Schneider, Robert Schneider, Dan Barber, Jeff Lynner, Tom Donoghue, George Shepard, and Ed Melvin.
